As I said yesterday, I am just back from the annual Ontario Genealogical Society Conference. This year it was held at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. It was extremely well attended with well over the 500 that had been expected. The topic of many of the lectures focused on some aspect of using the internet for research. I certainly enjoyed the speakers that I heard and brought some new knowledge away from each session.
I went to the conference with three friends from Toronto and in the evenings we had lots of good genealogical discussions as well as some good old girl talk.
Speaking of girl talk, I went to the new movie, Sex and the City, with six other ladies from the gym this evening. We had a great time with the laughs, the clothes, the accessories, etc. A great chick flick!
