The ladies’ league golf game was cut short today when the horn sounded to signal us off the course because of thunder. We hadn’t yet finished the fourth hole. After we dryed out over coffee in the clubhouse the weather had cleared and Susan and some of the others went back out to do nine holes.
I headed home since Marie and Bob were coming over for lunch. Mike had prepared a lovely meal as usual. Mussels to start and then a delicious salad plate a la the kind we enjoyed while in southern France.
